Position Title: Operations Manager Position Type: Permanent Full-Time; On-site Location: Kingston, Ontario Salary: Up to $116,169 annually – Commensurate with Experience Benefits: Hybrid work environment, pension plan, paid vacation, personal and sick time, maternity top-up benefits, comprehensive medical benefits including extended health care, dental, vision, and short-term disability, life insurance policy, employee assistance program. Position Summary: The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational, financial, and service delivery performance of a portfolio of programs. This role ensures efficient, high-quality service delivery that aligns with organizational priorities and funding requirements. As a key member of the management team, the Operations Manager will drive business planning, budget oversight, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement while leading a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficient service delivery. - Translate strategic priorities into operational plans and measurable outcomes. - Oversee intake, scheduling, and service capacity to maximize access. - Monitor program performance and implement improvements based on data. - Develop and manage program budgets aligned with funding goals. - Ensure services meet regulatory and professional standards. - Lead and develop a high-performing team, overseeing recruitment and performance management. - Contribute to strategic planning and collaborate with internal teams and community partners. Education & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, health administration, or a related field (master’s degree or MBA preferred). - Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in program management. - Experience in autism services, healthcare, or human services is preferred. - Familiarity with publicly funded service environments is an asset. - Current certification in First Aid and CPR, and additional training in crisis intervention is preferred.
