District Operations Manager

We are seeking a District Operations Manager to oversee activity across multiple locations in the Toronto area and support growth throughout the region. This role is responsible for maintaining strong day-to-day operations, improving consistency from site to site, and helping local teams deliver a reliable experience. The right candidate will have experience managing operations across more than one location or team and will be comfortable leading others through change. You will help strengthen local leadership, support the rollout of standard processes, and identify practical ways to improve performance and service quality. Success in this position requires strong leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively. Comfort working with new systems and encouraging adoption across teams is also important. You should be able to balance hands-on support with broader operational planning while working in a hybrid environment. This is a full-time opportunity with an annual salary range of CAD 70,000 to CAD 100,000.
