Director, Talent Acquisition

We are seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead the recruitment efforts for our clinical teams in a dynamic and growing organization. This role is essential in shaping our recruitment strategy and ensuring we attract top-tier professionals in a competitive industry. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in healthcare recruitment and a deep understanding of the candidate experience, recognizing its importance in reflecting our brand. In this role, you will own the full recruitment function, including planning for future talent needs aligned with organizational growth. You will actively engage with clinical teams to build relationships that enhance our recruitment pipeline and design an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding. You will serve as a thought leader in talent acquisition, bringing innovative ideas on sourcing, employer branding, and candidate engagement. Additionally, you will oversee the applicant tracking system to maintain data integrity and enable informed hiring decisions. Collaborating closely with leadership and operational teams, you will ensure hiring plans align with business objectives. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, comfortable presenting to leadership, and skilled in leveraging technology to improve recruitment processes. This position reports directly to the Head of People and plays a critical role in our commitment to building a strong and supportive workforce.
