Director, Sales & Marketing
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this role leads global sales and marketing strategy for a specialized technology product portfolio. The Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and maintaining strategic customer relationships, and building a scalable commercial function to support future expansion. The position oversees a growing sales team, manages pricing and contract negotiations, and works closely with engineering and product leadership to translate technical capabilities into strong market positioning. As a senior leader, the role will also represent the business in executive-level customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows, while helping align commercial plans with the product roadmap.
The ideal candidate has a strong track record in global sales leadership within technical or component-based industries. They are skilled at turning relationships into long-term customers, communicating complex value propositions clearly, and guiding clients through detailed procurement processes and supply agreements. Experience selling into OEM environments and managing long sales cycles is important. Exposure to the APAC region, particularly China, would be an asset.
