Director S/4 Operations

We are seeking a Director of SAP S/4 Operations to oversee the operational stability, performance, and continuous improvement of SAP platforms that support essential retail operations. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring system health through metrics derived from production systems, driving improvements in core performance metrics, and minimizing disruptions through effective resolution strategies. You will act as a liaison between technical and business teams, ensuring clarity on problem statements and facilitating issue resolution. You will evaluate existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement, including reducing production incidents and enhancing system performance and resilience. Engaging with delivery teams, you will ensure that all releases meet established standards and testing validations. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience managing large-scale SAP teams, with deep expertise in SAP S/4 HANA Retail and related technologies. Proven experience in 24x7 operations, strong leadership skills, and the ability to navigate high-pressure situations are essential. You should possess a strong understanding of retail, merchandising, supply chain, and financial processes, along with the ability to lead and mentor high-performing technology teams.
