Director, Program Operations

We are seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee a portfolio of community-focused programs that support people navigating settlement and integration services. This role is responsible for guiding day-to-day program delivery, strengthening internal processes, and ensuring teams are aligned around shared goals and service quality. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership, solid program oversight experience, and comfort managing budgets and resources. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support planning, reporting, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement across multiple initiatives. A key part of the role is helping programs run efficiently while maintaining a strong participant-centered approach. This position requires substantial experience in program leadership, ideally gained over several years in complex service environments. The role is hybrid, and the compensation range is $110,000 to $115,000 annually. An immediate start is preferred.
