We are seeking an innovative, collaborative leader to join the marketing team as Director, Paid Media. This role will lead and evolve enterprise paid media and advertising efforts, driving integrated media strategy, audience growth, customer acquisition, and revenue performance across multiple consumer brands and third-party advertising partnerships. The Director will own the strategic direction, operational excellence, and performance outcomes of the in-house paid media function, overseeing both B2B and B2C media investments while maximizing the value of first-party data assets. This position will lead a high-performing team of media strategists, planners, buyers, and analysts focused on full-funnel marketing effectiveness, measurable business results, and scalable advertising capabilities. In a future phase, the scope will expand to include third-party digital advertising operations and strategy, supporting sales efforts in achieving annual programmatic advertising revenue targets through audience monetization and strategic partnerships. This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in the office. Key responsibilities include leading enterprise media strategy aligned with business and revenue goals; developing and executing integrated full-funnel strategies across paid search, paid social, programmatic, display, video, traditional media, and emerging channels; driving customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue growth; and identifying new opportunities for audience expansion and media innovation. You will own paid media performance against KPIs, develop measurement frameworks, oversee reporting standards, manage multi-million-dollar budgets, and guide vendor, forecasting, and financial stewardship. The role also requires leading audience strategy, evaluating new technologies and automation tools, and leveraging first-party data for monetization. Requirements include an undergraduate degree in a related field, 10+ years of progressive paid media/performance marketing experience, 6+ years of team leadership, strong analytical skills, and expertise across major digital media and marketing technology platforms.
