We are seeking a senior sales leader with experience selling technical services and delivery engagements. This role focuses on originating, shaping, and closing opportunities that involve software development, API integrations, systems implementation, and related engineering work. You will work closely with technical teams to assess feasibility, define scope, and build proposals that are commercially strong and aligned with delivery capacity. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in complex B2B sales, with the ability to speak credibly with IT, product, engineering, and architecture stakeholders. You should be comfortable leading discovery conversations, identifying integration and implementation needs, and translating client requirements into practical solutions. Experience selling into enterprise organizations, logistics providers, retailers, or similar operationally complex environments is valuable. Key responsibilities include building a qualified pipeline, managing technical sales cycles, coordinating with architects and delivery teams during pre-sales, negotiating deals, and expanding existing accounts through additional service opportunities. Success in this role depends on balancing revenue growth with margin protection and ensuring proposals are technically sound. The position offers a base salary in the range of CAD 160,000 to 180,000, with variable compensation available based on performance. It is a full-time role based in Toronto with an onsite or hybrid work arrangement.
