We are seeking an experienced sales leader to grow advisory and transformation services within a consulting environment focused on supply chain and operations. This role is responsible for opening new business, expanding existing client relationships, and turning complex client challenges into structured engagements that move from assessment to strategy to implementation.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in consulting, strategy, or business transformation and is comfortable selling to senior executives. You will lead discovery conversations, identify opportunities for diagnostic work, and shape multi-phase solutions that align client needs with delivery capabilities and commercial goals. A key part of the role is building trust with decision-makers and positioning the team as a long-term partner rather than a one-time vendor.
Core responsibilities include developing new opportunities, managing a healthy pipeline, supporting proposal creation, coordinating with delivery and subject matter experts, and maintaining accurate forecasting. You will also help expand existing accounts by identifying follow-on work and building durable client relationships.
Success in this role will be measured by new bookings, deal size, win rate, repeat business, and forecast quality. This is a senior, client-facing position for someone who can bring structure to ambiguity and connect strategy with execution. Compensation is competitive and includes a base salary plus variable earning potential.
