Job Title: Director of Sales (Implementations) Location: Toronto, ON Job Type: Full-Time Salary Range: Base: $140k–$160k CAD per year OTE: $230k–$290k CAD per year Total Compensation: $250k–$320k CAD per year (negotiable)
Role Overview: The Director of Sales, Implementations, will be responsible for originating, shaping, and closing large-scale implementation programs while ensuring alignment with operational delivery. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations and the complexities involved in execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive implementation-led revenue across enterprise platforms.
- Manage the full commercial lifecycle from qualification to delivery-ready handoff.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with operators and executive stakeholders.
- Qualify implementation opportunities and assess execution viability.
- Represent the organization at industry events and site visits.
- Align program scope with delivery teams and ensure realistic timelines.
- Lead discovery processes across operations, IT, and leadership.
- Maintain executive relationships post-sale and identify opportunities for expansion.
Requirements:
- 15–25+ years of experience in supply chain, warehousing, or logistics environments.
- Proven experience in WMS implementations and warehouse operations.
- Strong network within North American supply chain operators.
- Ability to engage effectively with both warehouse managers and executives.
What Success Looks Like:
- Build alignment with delivery teams and understand platform capabilities.
- Generate a qualified implementation pipeline and submit structured proposals.
- Close initial implementation engagements and establish expansion opportunities.
