The role involves translating high-level business objectives into specific revenue targets and capacity models, as well as identifying opportunities across the sales funnel. Collaboration with various departments, including Product and Finance, is crucial to align pricing and packaging with market goals.
The Director will own the revenue forecasting process, develop KPIs, and proactively identify risks. Accountability across go-to-market functions will be a priority, utilizing metrics to inform leadership of necessary activities to meet targets. Additionally, the role includes overseeing CRM systems, ensuring they are optimized for scalability, and driving the transition toward automated processes.
