Director of Product

We are looking for a senior product leader to own a broad product portfolio across customer-facing and internal tools, including web, mobile, scheduling, membership workflows, operational systems, and remote service features. This position will report to the leader of data and technology and will be responsible for product strategy and execution from early discovery through launch and post-release review. The right person will be comfortable working hands-on across the full product lifecycle: framing problems, creating prototypes, aligning stakeholders, writing clear product requirements, and staying involved through delivery and quality checks. You should be able to use modern AI-assisted tools to move quickly and test ideas, while working closely with engineering and data teams to shape practical solutions. A major part of the role will involve supporting the integration of two existing business groups into a single operating model. That includes helping reconcile systems, setting priorities, coordinating with operational partners, and defining a roadmap that supports the transition. This role also requires strong product judgment and the ability to translate insights from frontline teams and leadership into a clear product direction. You will be expected to communicate decisions in writing, connect product work to business goals, and help improve conversion, pricing, packaging, and other growth-related experiments.
