Director of Operations

We are seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee service delivery across multiple client locations. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day operational performance, budget oversight, and maintaining strong client relationships. The position requires a strategic, hands-on professional who can support service quality, guide teams, and help ensure customer expectations are consistently met. The ideal candidate will bring 7 or more years of progressive leadership experience in commercial cleaning or a closely related field. Strong leadership ability is essential, along with solid financial understanding and a proven track record of managing client relationships. This role is suited to someone who can balance operational execution with long-term planning and performance improvement. This is a hybrid position offering a salary range of $140,000 to $160,000. We are looking for someone who can lead with confidence, support multiple accounts effectively, and contribute to a high standard of service across all assigned operations.
