Director of Operations

We are seeking an experienced operations leader to strengthen internal processes and support business growth. This role will oversee day-to-day operational improvements, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and help refine the systems that support sales and wider business activities. The position begins remotely and is expected to move into a hybrid setup in Toronto over time. The ideal candidate brings a background in operations, technical project coordination, or business operations. You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities, keeping projects on track, and working closely with stakeholders across the organization. Strong communication skills, excellent organization, and the ability to build alignment across teams are essential. Compensation for this position is in the range of $100,000 to $130,000 CAD annually, depending on experience.
