We are seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee service delivery across several customer locations. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day performance, supporting financial results, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will work closely with teams and stakeholders to ensure services are delivered efficiently, consistently, and to a high standard. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial cleaning or a closely related field. Strong people leadership, sound financial judgment, and excellent account management skills are essential. You should be comfortable guiding teams, improving operational processes, and responding to client needs in a professional, solutions-oriented way. This is a hybrid position and offers a salary range of $140,000 to $160,000. We are looking for a leader who can balance operational priorities with customer expectations while supporting overall business growth and service quality.
