We are seeking a senior operations leader to oversee production, project delivery, procurement, logistics, quality, and continuous improvement for a growing manufacturing-focused organization. This role is suited to someone who can lead in a fast-moving environment, strengthen day-to-day execution, and help drive efficiency, profitability, and service quality.
Reporting to executive leadership, the Director of Operations will coordinate core functions across manufacturing, scheduling, inventory, vendor management, installation planning, and customer-facing operational support. The right candidate will build clear performance targets, support department managers, and promote collaboration across teams to improve throughput, reduce waste, and keep work moving smoothly from order entry through final delivery.
Key responsibilities include managing production workflows, monitoring capacity, improving resource use, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring work is completed to specification. The role also includes responsibility for operational budgeting, labor planning, cost control, supplier relationships, and purchasing oversight. In addition, this leader will maintain quality standards, support safety compliance, and guide process improvements using practical, data-driven problem solving.
Candidates should bring extensive operations leadership experience, including time in a senior management role. A background in manufacturing, print production, signage, fabrication, or a related environment is preferred, along with strong financial judgment, team leadership skills, and experience with modern business systems.
