Director of Operations - Chatham site

We are seeking a Director of Operations for a community health organization. The successful candidate will report to the CEO and will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and operational oversight for various programs and services. Key responsibilities include managing staff, delegating work, establishing performance measures, and conducting performance appraisals. The Director will also be involved in staff development through coaching and training opportunities. The role requires monitoring operational budgets in collaboration with the finance team and providing mandatory reporting to the Board Quality Committee. The Director will develop and implement operational goals aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives and will monitor progress toward these goals. Additionally, the position involves serving as a liaison with community partners and participating in internal and external advisory committees. Candidates should possess a graduate degree in Social Work or a related field, or a Master's Degree in Nursing with current registration. A minimum of five years of management experience in a community health setting is required, along with a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle. Proficiency in both official languages is preferred. This is a full-time position with flexible hours. Salary will be commensurate with experience, and benefits are included.
