Director of Operations

We are seeking a hands-on Director of Operations to oversee day-to-day execution and support a growing network of independent locations. This role is focused on improving processes, strengthening accountability, guiding teams, and helping business partners succeed. The right person will have experience in construction, trades, home services, franchising, or multi-site operations, and will be comfortable turning operational problems into practical action. In this position, you will lead operational priorities, coach internal teams, and help monitor performance across locations. You will support issue resolution related to field work, customer concerns, process breakdowns, and compliance matters. A key part of the role is helping business owners and site leaders improve scheduling, coordination, materials planning, crew readiness, quality, and overall execution. You will also contribute to training and development efforts, including onboarding, refresher sessions, coaching, and workshops. In addition, you will help create and maintain operating procedures, checklists, guides, and reporting tools that improve consistency and scalability. Experience with process improvement, team leadership, KPI tracking, and operational problem-solving is important. A practical mindset, strong organization, and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential for success in this role.
