Director of Operations

Full-time, permanent position with a salary of $150,000. We are seeking an experienced operations leader to provide strategic direction and oversight across finance, operations, and communications. This role reports to the CEO and works closely with senior leadership to support organizational growth, sustainability, and the delivery of strategic priorities. The Director of Operations will lead multidisciplinary teams, including departmental managers, to coordinate day-to-day operations and strengthen performance across core functions. Key responsibilities include budgeting, resource allocation, contract management, compliance, policy and procedure development, and monitoring organizational performance measures. The role also supports workforce planning, employee relations, team development, and the resolution of workplace issues to promote a positive and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and planning skills, with experience in operational management, governance, and continuous improvement. They will help ensure systems and processes are aligned with organizational objectives and that all applicable legislative, regulatory, and funding requirements are met. This is a hybrid position.
