Director of Operations

We are seeking a Director of Operations to oversee day-to-day organizational functions and help guide long-term operational effectiveness. This leadership role is responsible for supporting planning, improving internal processes, and ensuring the organization runs efficiently and in alignment with its goals. The successful candidate will bring strong experience in operational leadership, with at least four years in a senior management role or extensive progressive management experience within Indigenous community or First Nations organizations. A background in compliance, organizational oversight, and cross-functional coordination is important, along with the ability to lead teams, support decision-making, and work with a high level of professionalism and accountability. This position requires a strategic thinker who can balance big-picture planning with practical execution. The role is hybrid, and the starting salary is $150,000.
