Director of Network Operations

We are seeking a Director of Network Operations to lead the development and management of our fiber network infrastructure. This hybrid role is based in Southern Manitoba or Southeastern Saskatchewan and involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our telecommunications services. You will report to the Vice President of Network and Field Operations and be responsible for directing new service development, network planning, engineering, and performance assurance. Key responsibilities include aligning telecom strategies with organizational goals, managing technology services budgets, and ensuring the reliability and security of our network systems. You will lead a team of technology professionals, fostering a collaborative culture while coaching and developing staff. Additionally, you will manage telecom projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Candidates should have proven experience in a senior telecom management role, with hands-on expertise in telecom systems, project management, and compliance with industry standards.
