Director of Marketing

We are seeking a Director of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives and establish a strong brand identity for a growing technology company. This role offers the opportunity to shape the marketing foundation and drive awareness and demand for our innovative services. Key responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance customer engagement and thought leadership across targeted industry segments. You will establish the brand identity and voice, design demand generation campaigns, and collaborate closely with the sales team to create effective go-to-market strategies. Additionally, you will manage marketing KPIs, budgets, and reporting to ensure measurable impact, oversee technology service marketing initiatives, and represent marketing leadership in executive discussions. The ideal candidate will have 8–12+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably within IoT, SaaS, construction technology, or related industries. A strong understanding of B2B marketing channels, lead generation, and account-based marketing is essential. You should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical offerings into commercial value while managing cross-functional teams.
