Director of Marketing

We are looking for an experienced marketing leader to own demand generation and guide a growing team. In this role, you will lead planning and execution across multiple digital channels, with a focus on building pipeline and supporting revenue growth. You will partner closely with senior leadership, oversee full-funnel campaigns, and use testing and performance analysis to improve results over time. This position calls for a leader who is also comfortable staying close to the work. You will help manage day-to-day priorities, coach team members, set clear expectations, and create a culture of accountability and development. A strong candidate will be confident using data to evaluate campaign performance, identify opportunities, and make informed adjustments. We are seeking someone with substantial experience in B2B software marketing and a track record of leading demand generation efforts. Familiarity with common CRM, marketing automation, and sales support platforms is important, along with the ability to use modern AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and scale output.
