A fast-growing agri-tech organization is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead brand, demand generation, product marketing, and market positioning efforts. This senior role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and customer experience, with responsibility for building pipeline, strengthening market presence, and supporting revenue growth. The successful candidate will develop and execute a scalable demand generation strategy across paid media, events, content, email, and account-based marketing. They will own key performance metrics such as pipeline generated, cost per opportunity, customer acquisition cost, and marketing-attributed revenue, while working closely with sales leadership to align marketing activity with business goals. Responsibilities also include defining messaging frameworks and value propositions, leading thought leadership and executive visibility, and supporting public relations and speaking opportunities. The role will oversee go-to-market planning for new products and features, create sales enablement materials, and gather customer and market insights to inform strategy. In addition, the Director of Marketing will manage brand identity, website strategy, and content programs, as well as lead a marketing team, set goals, provide coaching, and manage budget and vendor relationships. Strong cross-functional leadership, strategic thinking, and experience building high-performing teams are required.
