A full-time permanent opportunity is available for a Director of Human Resources. The anticipated start date is immediate, with a salary range of $100,000 - $110,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
The Director of Human Resources will provide strategic leadership for all HR functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, serving as an advisor to executive leadership on workforce planning, and leading change management initiatives.
The role also encompasses overseeing talent management processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and retention, as well as designing succession planning and leadership development programs. Promoting a positive work environment and addressing employee relations issues will be essential, alongside ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Additionally, the Director will manage HR operations, including HRIS administration and budget oversight, while mentoring HR staff.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 8-12+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership roles. Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment legislation, and organizational development is required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
