Director of Human Resources

Director of Human Resources We are seeking an experienced Human Resources leader to oversee HR operations for a property-based business. Reporting to senior leadership, this role is a key member of the executive team and provides broad HR generalist support across talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, employee development, and succession planning. The role requires strong independence, sound judgment, and the ability to align HR programs with business priorities. The ideal candidate will have either an associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with 4 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree in one of those fields with 2 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include developing and executing property-level HR strategies, supporting engagement and talent management initiatives, leading succession and workforce planning, and serving as a change partner for business initiatives with significant employee impact. The role also involves overseeing staffing and recruitment processes, coaching managers on interviewing and selection, helping optimize workforce structure, and advising on compensation and benefits practices. Additional duties include monitoring HR systems and processes, supporting employee relations, and supervising HR staff as needed. Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills are essential.
