Director of Fulfillment

This position is for a Director of Fulfillment, responsible for overseeing and enhancing the operational framework of the organization’s supply chain and customer order fulfillment processes. The role requires a strategic leader who will drive operational transformation, ensuring that the organization can effectively scale in response to increased demand. Key responsibilities include managing procurement, supply chain logistics, and customer support while implementing standardized processes and operational KPIs to enhance efficiency and quality. The Director will also lead initiatives to achieve ISO9000 certification and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will establish local assembly partnerships to shift from a component-based to an assembly-based sourcing strategy, thereby enhancing supply chain resilience and optimizing procurement. Additionally, this role involves building scalable processes to mitigate execution risks and ensuring operational readiness for multi-system deployments. The Director will mentor and develop emerging technical managers across various functions, guiding them through change management in a dynamic environment. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires deep expertise in supplier management, manufacturing, and organizational growth.
