Director of DevOps, SRE, and Infrastructure

We are seeking a senior technology leader to oversee the reliability, performance, security, and day-to-day operation of a cloud-based software platform. This role brings together DevOps, site reliability, infrastructure operations, and front-line technical support, with responsibility for both current stability and future scalability. The ideal candidate is comfortable leading at both the strategic and hands-on levels. You will guide teams through major incidents, strengthen operating practices, improve visibility into system health, and help shape the long-term infrastructure roadmap. A key part of the role is building an environment that is more dependable, measurable, efficient, and cost-conscious as the business grows. Core responsibilities include setting team structure and standards, improving incident response and post-incident follow-up, and establishing clear service expectations and reporting for leadership. You will also oversee infrastructure across cloud and other deployment environments, including availability, backup, recovery, and capacity planning. In addition, you will drive modernization efforts that support resilience and maintainability. This position requires strong experience with monitoring, automation, and operational process improvement. You should be able to identify gaps in observability, reduce manual work through automation, and create practical documentation and support procedures. Strong leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to balance technical, operational, and business priorities are essential.
