An established organization is seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to join its team. In this role, you will report to the Chief Growth Officer and be responsible for driving new business revenue through strategic prospecting, relationship development, consultative selling, and securing high-value client partnerships. As a key member of the Sales team, you will identify new market opportunities, refine the go-to-market approach, and support the organization’s growth trajectory. This is a hands-on position ideal for a proven seller who excels in building pipelines, winning business, and fostering long-term client relationships. The role requires a hybrid work schedule with an initial onboarding period fully in the office. Key responsibilities include managing the full business development lifecycle, developing outbound strategies to generate qualified leads, achieving pipeline and revenue targets, and collaborating with marketing and client services to enhance lead generation efforts. You will also build strategic partnerships and represent the organization at industry events. Candidates should have 8-12 years of experience in sales or business development, with a successful track record in winning new business. Leadership experience in coaching or mentoring sales professionals is preferred. A strategic mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and familiarity with high-growth environments are essential.
