An established organization is seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to join its team. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, this role is responsible for driving new business revenue through strategic prospecting, relationship development, consultative selling, and securing high-value client partnerships. As a key member of the Sales team, you will identify new market opportunities, refine the go-to-market approach, and accelerate growth. Key responsibilities include managing the full business development lifecycle from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and closing. You will build and execute outbound strategies to generate qualified leads and develop relationships with senior decision-makers across target accounts. Achieving and exceeding pipeline and revenue targets is essential. You will partner with the Chief Growth Officer to identify market opportunities and contribute to strategic growth initiatives. Collaboration with Marketing and Client Services will be necessary to enhance lead generation and client acquisition efforts. Additionally, you will develop relationships with referral partners and represent the organization at industry events. Candidates should have 8-12 years of experience in sales or business development, with a strong record of winning new business. Leadership experience in coaching or mentoring sales professionals is preferred. An entrepreneurial mindset and experience in high-growth environments are essential.
