Director, Legal Operations and Corporate Governance

We are seeking a senior legal operations and governance leader to support oversight of corporate records, board and committee processes, contract workflows, and coordination with internal and external legal advisors across a multi-entity business. This role is suited to someone who can bring structure to legal administration, improve process efficiency, and help maintain strong governance practices. The position involves managing key aspects of entity governance, supporting contract review and tracking, organizing documentation, and ensuring legal requests are handled in a timely and organized manner. You will work closely with leadership and other stakeholders to keep legal and compliance activities aligned with business needs. Candidates should have at least 8 years of relevant experience in corporate governance, contract administration, and legal operations. Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are important. Experience supporting senior leadership and working in a hybrid environment is preferred.
