A leading organization is seeking a strategic and transformation-oriented leader to join their Human Resources team as the Director of HR Partnerships. This role involves shaping and enhancing the HR Business Partner (HRBP) model, serving as a trusted advisor, and driving significant organizational impact. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentorship skills to develop a high-capability HRBP team.
Key responsibilities include leading and developing the HRBP team, fostering a culture of collaboration and service excellence, and partnering with senior executives to translate institutional priorities into effective talent strategies. The Director will synthesize human capital analytics to forecast talent trends and advise on workforce planning, while also driving enterprise-wide HR strategies that align with the organization's long-term vision.
The role requires expertise in labour relations, including mentoring HRBPs on collective agreements and leading the labour relations strategy. The Director will cultivate constructive relationships with unions, navigate grievances, and provide guidance on complex employee relations matters.
