Director, Healthcare Partnerships and Growth

We are seeking a senior partnership and growth leader to support healthcare-focused innovation initiatives. In this role, you will help expand strategic relationships, identify promising market opportunities, and guide the adoption of new training and education solutions within the healthcare sector. This position is suited to someone who enjoys building from the ground up and working across multiple stakeholders rather than following a traditional sales approach. You will collaborate with leadership, product and technical teams, and external partners to develop partnership strategies, support pilot programs, and help move successful concepts toward broader use. The work will focus on improving learning, workforce readiness, and operational performance through modern digital and immersive approaches. Key responsibilities include developing relationships with healthcare providers, academic institutions, and innovation organizations; exploring collaboration opportunities with public, private, and research stakeholders; shaping growth plans and market entry strategies; supporting discovery conversations and workshops; and contributing to proposals, partnership agreements, and commercialization efforts. You may also represent the organization at industry events and contribute to thought leadership activities. We are looking for someone with substantial experience in partnerships, business development, healthcare strategy, or growth leadership. Strong relationship-building, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential, along with experience working on complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders. Familiarity with healthcare technology, digital health, or related innovation areas is an asset.
