We are seeking a strategic and relationship-focused sales leader to drive growth within the digital banking sector, specifically targeting credit unions and financial services organizations across North America. This role emphasizes building executive trust and identifying opportunities for transformation rather than transactional sales. The ideal candidate will have a robust network within the financial services ecosystem, with experience in selling digital transformation, banking technology, consulting services, and modernization initiatives. Responsibilities include developing and expanding executive relationships, identifying and qualifying digital transformation opportunities, and leading consultative sales conversations with key stakeholders. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams to shape proposals and strategies while representing the organization at industry events and forums. A strong understanding of digital banking and financial services transformation is essential, along with excellent communication and consultative selling skills. Candidates should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or consulting sales within the credit union or banking sectors. Preferred experience includes familiarity with various digital banking platforms and solutions.
