We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Finance Director to support the management team in financial oversight and business development within a growing organization. Reporting to senior management, the Finance Director will ensure sound financial management and act as a strategic partner. The successful candidate will oversee all accounting and financial activities, actively participate in strategic planning, and contribute to the enhancement of administrative and financial processes across multiple business units. Key responsibilities include supervising the entire accounting cycle and financial operations, producing and analyzing monthly and annual financial statements, developing budgets and financial forecasts, and ensuring effective cash management and liquidity. The Finance Director will also participate in financial strategies and business decisions, oversee year-end processes, coordinate external audits, and ensure compliance with applicable accounting, tax, and legal standards. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in financial management, preferably within the construction sector, and demonstrate strong leadership skills. Additional responsibilities will involve optimizing financial and administrative processes, implementing performance indicators, supervising the accounting and administrative team, and collaborating with various departments to support project profitability and operational efficiency.
