Digital Project Manager

We are seeking a bilingual digital project manager to coordinate client-facing projects in a fast-moving environment. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for clients while working closely with internal teams across implementation, design, and development. The position requires someone who can understand digital platforms at a practical level, then turn client needs into clear tasks, timelines, and priorities for the team. You will manage several projects at once, from initial onboarding through delivery and follow-up. Responsibilities include running client meetings, maintaining strong relationships, supporting content setup and customization, and checking that deliverables are accurate before launch. You will also help troubleshoot issues, track project progress, and keep clients informed throughout the process. This role involves collaborating with sales and account teams to support renewals and future growth opportunities, while also reviewing project performance and identifying ways to improve workflows. You should be comfortable balancing detail-oriented execution with the bigger picture, and be able to work occasional flexible hours when needed. Limited travel may be required. Candidates should have several years of experience in digital project coordination, client services, account management, or a related role, along with strong organization and problem-solving skills. A background in business, communications, marketing, project management, or event management is an asset. English fluency and working French are required.
