The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, social media channels, and emerging digital spaces.
Key responsibilities include planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics to enhance return on ad spend (ROAS) and client acquisition, and conducting A/B testing on creative assets. Collaboration with marketing, creative, and digital teams will be essential to align brand messaging and visuals. The role also involves contributing to content creation and supporting the development of an affiliate program.
Candidates should have 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media, strong analytical skills, and a detail-oriented approach. A background in Business or Commerce is preferred, and experience in retail or product-based environments is an asset. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, along with a desire to innovate and learn, are crucial.
