This role provides leadership for a digital marketing team and helps shape the strategy behind online communications, fundraising, and audience engagement. Working closely with the marketing lead, you will guide day-to-day priorities, support team development, and ensure digital projects are delivered effectively and on time. A major part of the position is overseeing the organization’s digital channels, including websites, donation pages, email campaigns, and other online fundraising tools. You will help keep these platforms consistent, current, and aligned with brand standards while looking for ways to improve user experience and conversion performance. The role also includes tracking results, maintaining dashboards, and using data and key performance measures to inform ongoing improvements. Creative storytelling is an important asset in this position, especially for candidates who can produce strong video content from idea development through editing and final delivery. You may help create digital stories that highlight impact, events, and community outcomes, working alongside communications and fundraising colleagues. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing people, coordinating multiple projects, and exploring new digital tools and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Experience with modern marketing technology, automation, and data-driven decision-making will be valuable.
