We are seeking a Digital Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. This role is focused on enhancing customer engagement and retention through well-designed programs and automated outreach. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be comfortable with change, and possess a strong analytical mindset.
Key responsibilities include executing and improving automated email campaigns, analyzing customer engagement data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and supporting growth by tracking adoption signals. You will also be responsible for identifying at-risk customers early and implementing strategies to keep them engaged, as well as promoting the awareness and adoption of new features.
Candidates should have 2 to 4 years of experience in Customer Success, Marketing, or a related field, preferably within a SaaS environment. Familiarity with CRM or Customer Success platforms is advantageous. Strong communication, strategic planning, and project management skills are essential, along with a detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.
