The Digital and Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing digital marketing performance and clinic marketing operations, focusing on lead tracking strategies. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategy, and analytical skills to enhance patient acquisition and optimize digital performance in alignment with growth objectives. Key responsibilities include managing digital marketing initiatives across various channels, including paid advertising, website analytics, and social media. The role involves supervising a social media coordinator, monitoring website traffic and user behavior, and developing reporting systems for lead tracking and campaign performance. Collaboration with finance, accounting, and operations teams is essential to identify service demand gaps and growth opportunities based on client intake data. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize digital marketing channels, analyze conversion metrics, and build marketing dashboards for lead generation performance. They will support clinic-specific marketing initiatives, coordinate local marketing needs, and ensure alignment with brand standards. Additionally, the manager will lead social media reporting and audience growth strategies, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure campaign effectiveness. This position requires strong analytical skills, experience in digital marketing, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams. A background in healthcare marketing is preferred.
