Design Coordination Manager

We are seeking an experienced design professional to lead coordination support for mechanical and electrical project delivery. In this role, you will oversee the daily workflow of a design coordination team, helping ensure drawings and related project documents are organized, accurate, and completed on schedule. You will assign work based on deadlines and team availability, review outputs for quality and consistency, and help keep projects moving through each stage of delivery. This position also involves supporting and training new and developing staff. You will help team members learn internal procedures, drafting expectations, and documentation standards, while providing practical guidance on coordination tasks and technical work using common design software. In addition, you will contribute to meetings, flag capacity or quality concerns, and work closely with engineering staff to resolve issues that affect project progress. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-focused, technically strong, and comfortable balancing leadership with hands-on support.
