Dayforce HR Data & Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a skilled HR Data & Reporting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and actionable workforce insights that inform business and talent decisions. You will lead the development of HR dashboards, reporting, and analytics, ensuring data integrity while identifying trends, risks, and opportunities within the organization. Key responsibilities include leading the creation and delivery of workforce dashboards and reports, analyzing HR data to uncover insights, and preparing and presenting workforce metrics. You will also build and maintain reporting systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency, while optimizing reporting libraries for enhanced efficiency. Additionally, you will manage reporting requests, support finance with month-end reporting, and collaborate with HR teams to address employment data inquiries. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in reporting and data management. Proficiency in advanced Excel and HRIS reporting is essential, along with strong skills in data modeling and visualization. You should be able to manage multiple priorities effectively and demonstrate a relationship-building mindset.
