We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team and enhance our customer experience and support function. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality resolutions to inbound customer inquiries, effectively triaging requests to the appropriate team members, and generating ideas to improve our support processes and tools. Key responsibilities include managing inbound support coverage by responding to customer messages and tickets promptly and empathetically, prioritizing urgent requests, and ensuring customers are kept informed throughout the process. You will focus on achieving strong resolution outcomes, with key performance indicators centered on resolution quality and speed. Additionally, you will capture customer feedback, identify recurring issues, and help develop scalable support resources such as FAQs and troubleshooting guides. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in a customer-facing support role within a B2B SaaS environment, possess strong written communication skills, and demonstrate emotional intelligence in customer interactions. Familiarity with support tools such as Zendesk or similar platforms is essential, along with a proactive ownership mindset and a systems-oriented approach to improving processes.
