We are seeking a customer-focused professional to support users throughout the full service journey, from initial inquiry to issue resolution. In this role, you will be the main contact for support requests received by phone, email, and chat, helping customers troubleshoot product questions, understand platform features, and resolve access or usability concerns. You will work closely with internal teams to investigate reported problems, document issues clearly, and keep customers updated until matters are resolved.
This position also includes a strong focus on onboarding and implementation support. You will assist with account setup, platform configuration, data-related tasks, and other launch activities that help new customers get started smoothly and on time. In addition, you will help maintain customer education materials such as help articles, guides, and short training resources, while also contributing to customer communications and product update announcements.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable balancing support work with process improvement. You should enjoy solving problems, identifying patterns in customer feedback, and finding ways to improve efficiency through better documentation, automation, and streamlined workflows. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset are important for success in this role.
