We are seeking an experienced customer success leader to guide a support team serving business clients in a communications technology environment. In this role, you will help ensure customers receive a strong service experience, resolve issues effectively, and continue to gain value from the solution over time. Key responsibilities include coaching and supporting team members, monitoring service quality, managing escalations, and collaborating with internal groups to improve the overall customer journey. You will also help review customer concerns, identify trends, and contribute to process improvements that strengthen retention and satisfaction. The ideal candidate has prior experience in customer success, account support, or a similar client-facing leadership role. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are important, along with the ability to work in both English and French. Experience in a technology or telecom-related environment is an asset. This position is well suited to someone who enjoys helping a team perform at a high level while building lasting customer relationships in a fast-paced, service-oriented setting.
