We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our team and enhance customer engagement, adoption, and retention across our expanding client portfolio. This role presents an exciting opportunity to shape proactive support for customers throughout their journey, focusing on customer health and platform adoption rather than traditional support tasks. The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, identifying clients who may be underutilizing our services and assisting them in maximizing their partnership value. Key responsibilities include executing specialized re-engagement strategies during significant transitions, facilitating program adjustments in response to new client goals, ensuring platform utilization, and driving engagement recovery efforts. Ideal candidates will have 3-4 years of customer-facing experience, with at least 1 year in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role. Experience managing a large portfolio in a B2B environment, familiarity with SaaS platforms, and a strong understanding of customer lifecycle management are essential. Excellent communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and a proactive, customer-centric mindset are crucial for success in this position. This is a permanent, full-time role with an expected salary range of $70,000–$78,000 CAD. The position requires in-person attendance four days a week, with remote work available on Fridays.
