The Customer Success Specialist is responsible for managing a portfolio of assigned accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, effective product utilization, and customer retention. This role serves as the primary contact for customers, understanding their success criteria, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and acting as a trusted advisor to help customers achieve their specific goals. Key responsibilities include: - Collaborating with customers to understand their objectives and metrics, providing insights and best practices to maximize product value. - Proactively identifying potential issues and resolving them before they escalate, while also addressing customer requests and concerns as a top priority. - Maintaining high customer renewal rates through ongoing engagement and collaboration with sales and accounting teams to ensure accurate contract renewals. - Onboarding new customers by understanding their requirements, recommending solutions for optimal user experience, and managing project implementations to meet go-live targets. Success metrics for this role include retention rates, proactive customer engagement, onboarding efficiency, and territory growth. This is a full-time position with a work schedule of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, in-office three days a week, with potential after-hours work to meet customer targets. Compensation includes a base salary ranging from $55,000 to $60,000 per year, with on-target earnings of $60,000 to $70,000, plus uncapped commission based on annual contract value, and a health benefit account.
