We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they maximize the benefits of our user-friendly learning management system. Your responsibilities will include guiding clients through the onboarding process, delivering tailored training sessions, and building strong relationships to understand their needs and objectives. You will proactively address customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues with a focus on efficiency and empathy. Additionally, you will gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams to enhance the platform and identify opportunities for client growth, contributing to high retention rates. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably within the SaaS or education technology sectors. A solid understanding of learning management systems or e-learning tools is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A customer-centric mindset and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively are crucial. Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success platforms is a plus.
