We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, retaining, and growing a portfolio of customer accounts. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, proactive, and possess strong analytical skills to identify challenges and implement effective solutions. Key responsibilities include utilizing a customer-centric approach to nurture accounts, analyzing complex data to prioritize customer needs, collaborating with the sales team to drive customer success, and proactively identifying accounts at risk of churn. You will also partner with the product team to encourage the adoption of new features and continuously learn about product enhancements and best practices. Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in customer success, a strong understanding of the customer lifecycle, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should be exceptionally organized, analytical, and possess a growth mindset. A high degree of initiative and attention to detail is essential, along with strong problem identification and resolution skills. Experience with customer success platforms is a plus.
