We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of existing client accounts for a remote-first role in Canada. This position is best suited to someone who can quickly step into a managed book of business, build trust with stakeholders, and drive retention and growth through thoughtful account management.
You will be responsible for maintaining account health across a sizeable portfolio, including regular check-ins, business reviews, risk detection, and escalation handling. A major part of the role involves leading renewal discussions, spotting churn risks early, and identifying opportunities to expand services or support additional locations. You will also work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure client goals are translated into action and results are clearly communicated.
The right candidate brings experience in customer success, account management, or another strategic client-facing role. You should be comfortable discussing performance data, explaining results in a clear and client-friendly way, and handling challenging conversations with professionalism. Strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail are important, as is the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
Experience with digital marketing concepts and CRM systems is helpful, and familiarity with healthcare, professional services, or agency accounts would be an advantage. Post-secondary education or equivalent experience is preferred.
